【高雄訊】因應中央政府新南向政策與國家發展委員會推動之重點產業人才需求，樹德科大今年再度籌設「資訊管理系–新南向國際學生產學合作計畫專班」，提供菲律賓學子多元入學管道。樹德科大副校長嚴大國與菲律賓宿霧省教育局(School Division Superintendent)局長Marilyn Andales博士於本(6)月11日以線上視訊會議締結盟約，簽約儀式在菲律賓中維賽亞區(Region VII Central Visaya)教育廳總監 Salustiano T. Jimenez博士見證下，展開新的教育合作里程碑。Salustiano T. Jimenez總監並特別感謝教育廳前總監Juliet A. Jeruta博士六年來為雙方搭起的合作橋樑。

【Kaohsiung News】In response to the central government’s New Southbound Policy and the demand for key industries promoted by the National Development Commission, Shude University of Science and Technology has once again set up the 「Department of Information Management-New Southbound International Studies and Production Cooperation Program」 this year to provide the Philippines Multiple admission channels for students. Yán Dà Guó, Vice President of Shude University of Science and Technology, and Dr. Marilyn Andales, Director of the School Division Superintendent, Cebu, Philippines, signed an alliance via an online video conference on June 11. The signing ceremony was held in Philippines (Region VII Central Visaya) Witnessed by Dr. Salustiano T. Jimenez, Director of the Department of Education, a new milestone in educational cooperation was launched. Director Salustiano T. Jimenez also thanked Dr. Juliet A. Jeruta, former Director of the Department of Education, for building a bridge of cooperation between the two parties over the past six years.

副校長嚴大國表示，樹德科大在2016年起即與宿霧地區各教育局結下良緣，並在2017年造訪宿霧省，局長Marilyn Andales博士當年熱心規劃的參訪行程，讓人對宿霧留下美好印象，故今年的招生方案中，特別為宿霧省學生設置獎助學金方案以協助來臺就學，同時開啟國際產學合作計畫「International Program of Industry-Academia Collaboration」(簡稱：IPIAC)，相信雙方相輔相乘的交流合作，可以為彼此帶來巨大的價值。

Vice President Yán Dà Guó said that Shude University of Science and Technology has formed a good relationship with the education bureaus in Cebu since 2016, and visited Cebu Province in 2017. The visit itinerary planned by the director Dr. Marilyn Andales enthusiastically made people feel good about the city and it also left a good impression, so in this year’s admissions program, a scholarship program is specially set up for students from Cebu Province to assist students in Taiwan. At the same time, the 「International Program of Industry-Academia Collaboration」(abbreviation: IPIAC) was launched.

嚴大國進一步表示，Marilyn Andales局長曾為Lapu-Lapu市教育局推薦11名當地高中教師進入樹德科大設置於國立菲律賓大學宿霧分校合作開設之「應用設計研究所赴菲律賓境外碩士在職專班／MA in Applied Arts and Design」，11名高中教師均完成學業並獲得設計碩士學位，皆已返回原工作崗位繼續執教鞭，求學精神令人欽佩。

Yán Dà Guó further stated that Director Marilyn Andales once recommended 11 local high school teachers for the Lapu-Lapu City Education Bureau to enter the 「Applied Design Institute’s in-service master’s program outside the Philippines co-founded by Shude University of Science and Technology at the National University of the Philippines Cebu branch/ MA in Applied Arts and Design」, All 11 high school teachers have completed their studies and obtained a master’s degree in design. All of them have returned to their original jobs to continue teaching. The spirit of learning is admirable.

線上視訊簽約儀式，樹德科大邀請二年前來台灣就讀應用設計研究所，今年並以第一名畢業的菲律賓籍碩士生Mar Onell Booc分享在臺灣及樹德科大的求學生涯；該校國際及兩岸事務處副處長劉昆祐團隊亦特別說明獎助學金補助項目、一般外籍生或國際產學專班生之雙軌招生入學內容，讓大家對學校的具體作為有更深入的認識。

At the online video signing ceremony, Shude University of Science and Technology invited him to come to Taiwan to study at the Institute of Applied Design two years ago. This year, he shared his study career in Taiwan and Shude University of Science and Technology with Mar Onell Booc, the first Filipino graduate student who graduated; The team of Liu Kunyou, deputy director of the International and Cross-Strait Affairs Office of the school, also specifically explained the scholarship program, the dual-track enrollment of general foreign students or international industry-academia students, so that everyone can have a deeper understanding of the school’s specific actions.

局長Marilyn Andales亦邀請多位當地高中校長見證線上簽約儀式，藉機宣導台灣提供菲律賓學生的優惠措施，其再三感謝樹德科大與宿霧省提供給菲律賓學生的多元入學習機會及教育資源，也呼籲出席的高中校長能將訊息釋放給學生，鼓勵赴臺就讀。

Director Marilyn Andales also invited a number of local high school principals to witness the online signing ceremony and took the opportunity to promote Taiwan’s preferential measures for Filipino students. He also appealed to the principals of the high schools in attendance to release the message to the students and encourage them to study in Taiwan.

宿霧省教育局高中教育科長Clavel Salinas博士直言，本次活動對宿霧省高中生來說，真是一項讓人雀躍的資訊.
