樹科大資管系與易華電子再續前緣 簽訂策略聯盟
Shu-Te University Department of Information Management and JMC Electronics Renew the Frontier and Sign a Strategic Alliance
樹德科大資訊管理系(簡稱資管系)自108年6月24日與易華電子(股)公司(簡稱易華電子)攜手新南向國際專班產學合作專班至今，已合作三年餘。昨日再度由樹德科大副校長嚴大國與易華電子處長柯聖通簽訂「締結教育夥伴策略聯盟」。當年參與新南向印尼產合專班的學生有32名將於明年畢業，當天有多位產專班學生亦利用空檔時間到場見證台印雙方新南向政策推動計畫的成果。本次策略聯盟執行時間即日起至115年6月30日截止。
基於臺灣經濟發展需要，政府積極推動新南向政策計畫，以雙向互惠及多元發展為原則，作為整備國家之能量；再則利用臺灣優質的技職教育及豐富的企業資源，培育東南亞的經貿合作關係、人才交流、資源共享、及區域鏈結等，以提升國內產業產能。
副校長嚴大國表示，樹德科大產專班第一批學生召募時，鎖定以有心向學、經濟需求的學生為主，無論是課程設計、華語學習、及課程輔導等都是有系統地規劃，期待產專班學生能快速地融入校園，熟悉華語，讓生活、課程、工作、及實習等皆能快樂地進入學習，未來無論就業或升學，皆能無後顧之憂選擇自己的想要的方向。
處長柯聖通亦指出，學生不是勞工，進入異國異鄉難免有食衣住行、課業學習或情緒困擾，故公司在尋求產學合作夥伴時，特別重視輔導機制，樹德科大資管系整個團隊三年來，對學生的規範及輔導，讓公司非常放心，也是本次再度合作的原因之一。
產專班的馮西亞說在台灣很幸福，中文進步了，眼界變寛了，未來希望有機會留在台灣就業。
產專班的馬宜康說想要再學多一點，故打算畢業後繼續攻讀研究所，讓自己的專業更札實。
資管系主任蔡旭昇說，在教育部政策推動下，學校新南向產專班召募接下來將以菲律賓學生為對像，締結教育夥伴策略聯盟是創造學生更高的競爭優勢，並強化學術教育與企業界之鏈結，建立學生優勢條件與能力的整合運用，能夠相互吸收各自專長，並透過長期產學夥伴關係，讓學生將課程上所學知識應用在實習課程，並幫助新南向產專班學生在學業完成前，藉由實習機制深化培養自身歷練。
雙方出席人員另有易華電子主任蘇靜芳，以及該校資訊學院院長陳璽煌、資管系專任教師胡舉軍等教師團隊共襄盛舉。
The Department of Information Management of Shude University of Science and Technology (referred to as the Department of Asset Management) has joined hands with JMC Electronics Co. The special class for industry-university cooperation has been cooperating for more than three years. Yesterday, Alan D. Yein, vice president of Shude University of Science and Technology, and Ko,Sheng-Tung, director of Yihua Electronics, signed the “Construction of Education Partnership Strategic Alliance”. Thirty-two students who participated in the New Southbound Indonesian Industry-Specialized Class that year will graduate next year. Many students from the Industry-Specialized Class also took advantage of their spare time to witness the results of the New Southbound Policy Promotion Plan between Taiwan and India. The execution time of this strategic alliance is from now to June 30, 2011.
Based on the needs of Taiwan’s economic development, the government actively promotes the New Southbound Policy Plan, which is based on the principle of two-way reciprocity and diversified development, as the energy to prepare the country; in addition, it uses Taiwan’s high-quality technical and vocational education and rich enterprise resources to cultivate economic and trade in Southeast Asia. Cooperation, talent exchange, resource sharing, and regional links, etc., to enhance domestic industrial production capacity.
Vice President Alan D. Yein said that when the first batch of students of Shude University’s production class were recruited, they mainly focused on students who had a passion for learning and economic needs, whether it was curriculum design, Chinese language learning, and curriculum guidance, etc. Planning, I hope that the students of the production class can quickly integrate into the campus and become familiar with the Chinese language, so that life, courses, work, and internships can all enter the study happily. In the future, whether it is employment or further studies, they can choose the direction they want without worries. .
Director Ko,Sheng-Tung also pointed out that students are not laborers, and entering a foreign country will inevitably have food, clothing, housing, schoolwork or emotional distress. Therefore, the company pays special attention to the guidance mechanism when seeking industry-academia partners. Over the years, the company is very reassured by the norms and guidance for students, which is also one of the reasons for this re-cooperation.
Ayu Santika from the obstetrics class said that she is very happy in Taiwan, her Chinese has improved, her vision has changed, and she hopes to have the opportunity to work in Taiwan in the future.
Muhammad Iqbal from the obstetrics class said that he wanted to learn more, so he planned to continue to study in a graduate school after graduation to make his major more solid.
Tsai,Hsu-Sheng, director of the Department of Asset Management, said that under the promotion of the Ministry of Education’s policy, the recruitment of the new south-facing industrial college class in the school will target Filipino students. The establishment of a strategic alliance of educational partners is to create a higher competitive advantage for students and strengthen academic excellence. The link between education and the business world establishes the integrated application of students’ advantageous conditions and abilities, and can absorb their respective expertise, and through long-term industry-university partnership, allows students to apply the knowledge learned in the course to practice courses, and help New Southbound Before completing their studies, the students of the production specialization class will deepen their own experience through the internship mechanism.
The two parties were also attended by Su,Ching-Fang, director of Yihua Electronics, and a team of teachers including Chen,Shi-Huang, dean of the School of Information, and Hu,Jeu-Jiun, a full-time teacher of the Department of Asset Management.
